User interviews were conducted using an online survey form. The goal of the interview is to get an understanding
of the main tasks that users perform in the application, about difficulties they have, about reasons for
choosing a mobile application or desktop version to use the service.
The user interviews help to empathize with the users and give insights about the users’ perception and
experience using the service. Responses reveal users’ feelings, thoughts, important scenarios and pain points
that users face.
